DIY Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso
/If you haven’t heard, the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is the latest trending Starbucks drink and it is addicting. As much as I wish I could go to Starbucks daily, it isn’t realistic for my bank account so I came up with an easy peasy recipe I can make often at home.
Ingredients:
6-8 oz of coffee or 2.5 shots of espresso
½ tbsp of coconut sugar
1 tsp cinnamon + more to sprinkle
Non dairy milk (as much as you need to top the cup)
Recommendation: oat milk or nut pods creamer for creaminess
Couple of ice cubes
Optional: baby scoop of collagen
Recipe:
In a mason jar add all the ingredients except for the dairy free milk, close the lid, and shake it up (if you don’t have a mason jar feel free to use a whisk or frother)
Pour in your dairy free milk and top with cinnamon
