DIY Iced Brown Sugar Oat Milk Shaken Espresso

If you haven’t heard, the iced brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso is the latest trending Starbucks drink and it is addicting. As much as I wish I could go to Starbucks daily, it isn’t realistic for my bank account so I came up with an easy peasy recipe I can make often at home. 

Ingredients: 

  • 6-8 oz of coffee or 2.5 shots of espresso 

  • ½ tbsp of coconut sugar 

  • 1 tsp cinnamon + more to sprinkle 

  • Non dairy milk (as much as you need to top the cup) 

    • Recommendation: oat milk or nut pods creamer for creaminess 

  • Couple of ice cubes 

  • Optional: baby scoop of collagen 


Recipe: 

  1. In a mason jar add all the ingredients except for the dairy free milk, close the lid, and shake it up (if you don’t have a mason jar feel free to use a whisk or frother) 

  2. Pour in your dairy free milk and top with cinnamon
