Cacao Maca Pudding

Cacao, Pudding, Hormone Balancing

This creamy, velvety, decadent pudding tastes like dessert but more often than not it’s my go-to breakfast. This recipe is great for hormone health, is packed with antioxidants, protein + fiber rich and makes your skin glow.

Ingredients: 

  • 1/2 cup of avocado

  • 1/4 (& a little more) plant based milk

  • 2 tbsp cacao powder

  • 1 tsp maca powder

  • 2 tsp chia seeds

  • sprinkle of cinnamon

  • few drops of stevia or sweetener of choice

  • *optional: collagen for an extra boost of protein or psyllium husk for an extra boost of fiber

Recipe: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender (I use my Vitamix) and blend on medium. If you like it cold - pop in the fridge for an hour!

  2. Top with fresh berries, cacao nibs, and your favorite seeds.
