Cacao Maca Pudding
/This creamy, velvety, decadent pudding tastes like dessert but more often than not it’s my go-to breakfast. This recipe is great for hormone health, is packed with antioxidants, protein + fiber rich and makes your skin glow.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup of avocado
1/4 (& a little more) plant based milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp maca powder
2 tsp chia seeds
sprinkle of cinnamon
few drops of stevia or sweetener of choice
*optional: collagen for an extra boost of protein or psyllium husk for an extra boost of fiber
Recipe:
Add all ingredients to a blender (I use my Vitamix) and blend on medium. If you like it cold - pop in the fridge for an hour!
Top with fresh berries, cacao nibs, and your favorite seeds.
